I’ve been a strong supporter of bills to reduce foreclosures and protect affordable housing, including legislation we passed this year to protect tenants in foreclosed properties from arbitrary evictions, as well as the “Expiring Use” bill, which will help preserve affordable housing units here in Somerville.
